The Vision Behind Monhaus

Jackie Zulliger leads Monhaus with a refined eye for design and a sharp understanding of how styling can shift the perception and value of a space. Her work is driven by more than aesthetics; it’s about creating a feeling that stays with people long after they’ve walked through the door.

Design is in Jackie’s blood. Raised in a creative family, with her mother a fashion designer and her father working in the family furniture design firm, Jackie was immersed in design from an early age. After completing her interior design studies at RMIT and a period working as a fashion designer, transitioning into property styling felt like a natural evolution– a perfect way to blend her creative instincts with a strategic approach to transforming spaces.

With almost a decade of experience styling homes across the Geelong and Surfcoast region, Jackie has built a trusted reputation through her work as founder of Surfcoast Property Stylist. Over the years, her intuitive and intentional approach has made her a go-to stylist in the area, valued for her ability to create spaces that connect emotionally with buyers and stand out in the market.

Her passion for design, incredible creative talent and desire to help others achieve results, collaborated with a love of property and development, in turn, conceiving her dream business.

Monhaus was born from that journey. As her client base grew and her creative vision expanded, Jackie saw the opportunity to create a second studio with a broader scope, serving not just the coast but also Geelong and Melbourne’s inner suburbs. Monhaus is the evolution of her design voice: more refined, more tailored, and more expressive of her dual-city lifestyle.

Living between the calm of the Bellarine Peninsula and the energy of Melbourne city gives Jackie a natural advantage, allowing her to intuitively design for both relaxed coastal living and refined urban style.
